We had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb property. It was evident that the host cared deeply about their home, which made us feel welcome. While there were some minor cleanliness issues, it didn't greatly impact our overall experience. The location wasn't as nice as we had hoped for, but that's not the host's fault, and it still served our purpose well, especially as a family with a dog. We appreciated the pet-friendly aspect. Despite these minor inconveniences, we'd gladly rent from this host again for their hospitality and the convenience it offered compared to a downtown hotel.

Cassandra had great amenities like phone chargers in all the rooms and microwave popcorn. The house did have a slight smell like a smoker may have lived there at one point. The neighborhood is a little run down and the river walk path was under construction. But it was a decent spot to stop for the night with our two dogs. It has a nice fenced backyard/patio. The house seemed clean except for the smokey smell and a pair of socks that I found at the foot of my bed (not my own).

Great place! Park was very close. Downtown/East Village was 5 minutes away. Not busy street.
