Dining Room has a large table with seating up to 6. Kitchen is open to living room and Dining room. Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed w/private bathroom w/shower, dual sinks and toilet, Walk in Cedar Closet & TV. 2nd & 3rd Bedroom is a Jack & Jill Bedroom w/shared bathroom including dual sinks, shower & toilet between bedrooms . To access 3rd Bedroom, you must walk through 2nd Bedroom & bathroom. There is no private exit door from 3rd bedroom to the main house. 3rd Bedroom has a door to exit exterior of house where trash cans are located. 2nd Bedroom has 2 Twin Size Beds & SMART TV. 3rd Bedroom has a King Size Bed with a TV. Central A/C & Heating throughout the house expect for the 3rd Bedroom, which has its own separate portable A/C unit. NO PARTIES ALLOWED at the property and NO BOAT Access.
