Very comfortable, and close to the Berkeley campus and downtown, the surrounding residential environment is particularly good, especially in the spring, there are colorful flowers everywhere, particularly beautiful. Also very close to the supermarket, we went grocery and back to cook, very convenient, kitchen and dining room have amenities and tools super complete. The only concern is that the rooms are not soundproof, and the upstairs tenants are a bit noisy, but that's not something the landlord can solve. For me and my family, this house deserves five stars.

Great place to stay while visiting Cal. Close to the school and to restaurants. Host was very responsive and provided great instructions.

this is a great place to stay. it's One of the most well decorated Airbnb that we've stayed in. It was quiet. the rooms are large and well arranged.
