Let me tell you! I had an absolutely fantastic time. I was celebrating my daughter's 30th birthday celebration—nine guests in total for our group. The host recommended Stanley as our driver. Stanley was more than a driver, he helped me plan all the activities for the trip prior to arriving to Jamaica. Talk about no worries! OMG, the chef (Jermaine) is DEVINE. His food is sooooooo good that you will not even want to go to a restaurant. After eating his food, we went to a restaurant and were so disappointed that we should have just eaten at the house. No Cap, Jermaine must create a cookbook and have his sauces on these supermarket shelves, PLZ. Ms. Nemesia (I hope this is her name) is such a sweet person (she takes care of the home). That leaves the house mgt (Spencer) an absolute joy to be around. He made us feel safe and answered any questions we had. We hated to leave.

This is a huge and beautifully built villa on the outskirts of Montego Bay, near to the airport, the Whitter village shopping centre and the Half Moon resort. The decor is basic, but the welcome warm. The staff - Spencer, Germaine and the housekeeper - made our stay enjoyable, always on hand to cook delicious food, advise on where to go and act as a taxi service in return for some extra dollars. You have to pay for the food, and I recommend a visit to the market with Germaine, but only for those prepared to brave the town centre traffic and chaotic parking. Otherwise the Whitter village has everything you need.

Outside and the yard are very beautiful and well kept. However, on the inside of the home is in need of maintenance repairs. Some of the bathrooms had a scent of mold and mildew in the cabinet. The dressing tables are in need of sanding and painting. The toilets have stains that needs to be cleaned. Tubs have rust stains running down the sides. Some of the bedsheets and towels had holes in them. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels when needed. This was inconvenient. Furniture is old and outdated. There was a lack of privacy. We were told there is a security guard and a gardener but we were not told that these persons would be in the house with us. It was a concern to some of our family members that the house was opened and these persons would just walk in and around while we were there. We never experienced this in an AirBNB before and we visit different places on our yearly trips. So definitely a lack of privacy and this draw major concerns for many in our group

Our family highly enjoyed our vacation at Jamaica Seaview Chateau, great place, beautiful view and plenty of rooms for me and my family (group of 13) huge our kids, they enjoyed everything about this place, from the pool to the landscape. We want to thank Mr. Spencer, Ms.Damesha, and Mr. Jermain, they were so welcoming, made us feel at home, very attentive to our needs, and the food was amazing, overall its was AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. We are looking forward to staying here again one day and highly recommend to others.

The team at Seaview Chateau are good people. The chef is amazing and Spencer (caretaker) is a quiet but great guy. This home is huge, extremely spacious and accommodated my group of 16 college students easily with separate bathrooms for each room and a good view and location. Highly enjoyed our stay!
