This hosue is amazing the space is unreal eapically if you have kids and the toys made it even more special for them. Very quiet never heard a sound day or night. Located great for Legoland, Windsor and London. The welcome book is great have us odds farm as an idea and well worth the trip.

The house was lovely and spacious. The arrival instructions from Tempstay were very clear and they responded quickly to any of our questions. The only negative was that the cafetière was missing (which is a big thing for us as we love our coffee in the morning). If I would have know that I’d have brought one myself.

Thank you Ben And Becky for letting us your beautifully extended cottage, we loved it and the location, tucked behind the street in a very quiet area. We did struggle to unload on the narrow street but we found the parking spot you mention in your welcome folder at the house and after that had no trouble at all parking. The house is clean, cosy and warm with everything we needed. The private garden and great walks down to the river were much appreciated by our dog. We didn’t get time to use the bikes but would definitely another time. The only thing I would say to future visitors using Airbnb is DONT PAY SUPERHOG when you get an ID request and demand for either a breakage fee of £25 or large deposit! I paid then Tempstay told me I didn’t have to because I booked with Airbnb. I got a refund eventually from Superhog when I explained but I can see now from previous reviews that it has happened before. No problems otherwise! Tempstay very responsive and would love to return.

We loved the property, it had quite a sizeable downstairs and the garden suited our needs as we have dogs. I liked the layout of the property, the kitchen extension is fantastic and the property is stylishly decorated. We did have a concern when we arrived as the kitchen needed a good clean. I photographed my concerns and emailed Tempstay straight away and they were extremely helpful. Within 20 minutes they emailed back with a resolution and organised for the cleaning team to return straight away. I was extremely impressed with this response as the problem was rectified very quickly. Sue to this I would definitely use this company again. I would like to stay at the property again but unfortunately my daughter found the bottom bunk very uncomfortable as we didn’t realise it isn’t actually a proper bed - it is a thin mattress on the floor. This is something that could be easily changed and if it were to be changed we would definitely return.
