Había reservado este alojamiento dos meses antes de mi llegada a NY. Me cancelaron la reservación el mismo día de mi llegada, y para variar, mi vuelo llegaba en la madrugada por lo que tuve que buscar otro lugar donde quedarme. No había dormido ese día. Entiendo que a veces es necesario cancelar las reservaciones pero hacerlo el mismo día de la llegada me parece irresponsable. Tengan cuidado con su reservación, no es 100% confiable.

Masud's place was extremely convenient to the 7 line. The apartment looked just like the photos and was very clean. Masud was nice and responsive. The only issues we had were that he doesn't provide the lockbox code until you get there and text him. We didn't have to wait long, but after traveling for most of the day and being we arrived at the apartment after the 3pm checkin time, it was annoying that he hadn't just sent it at 3 and we were in need of the facilities. The other issue was that the two beds seemed more like the mattress was made up as a bed on the floor and the one on the bed frame was either the hardest bed we've ever encountered or it was the box spring made up as a bed. There was also one bath towel for each of us, no wash clothes or extra towels for a 3-day stay where the weather outside was in the 90's.
