Loved my time at Marbella! Wonderful cozy modern cottage with a nice group deck and the water right across the way. The team was very responsive and you can’t beat the waterfront location. The only thing I’d mention that was not clear from the pics I saw: Marbella opens right onto a paved road with the ocean on the other side, instead of right onto the water. This meant there was a lot of activity right outside the window from sunup to after sundown. A fun and friendly scene, but maybe a bit more bustle than I was expecting. Overall I was charmed by this little piece of Oceanside and would definitely return for another stay.

My family loved staying at Marbella’s airbnb. You can look right out into the Pacific Ocean from the living room/kitchen. Everything was updated and very nice. There is a lot of action on the street that is directly in front of the home. Which some people might love and others might feel overwhelmed with but my family loved it. Everyone drives slowly and there are a lot of walkers. We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 7&5 year old) really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful location and view. Loudest sounds were the waves breaking out front, which was quite peaceful. inside was clean, flexible, and well stocked. We would stay here again.

The air conditioner did not work and it took 2 days for host to let us know it was not going to be fixed. Sunday was a very warm day and sleeping was not great. We were compensated for the lack of air conditioner. The 1 lane road between us and the beach was used for "cruising" on Sunday evening - a steady stream of about 20+ cars keep driving by until after 10 PM. The unit was very clean and although it was small it was laid out well. Parking was a bit of a challenge with a full size SUV. No pass was available for street parking so we had to move the car at different time os the day. The garage provided for our unit was right next to the stair well so parking in front of garage (we wouldn't fit all the way inside) was also a problem because we could not open doors on side nest to stairs. The park area just down the block was great for taking our dog out.
