Case Mistretta is the place worth visiting if you need a peaceful stay and don't want to wonder around. The house and the apartments are well prepared, well-kept and very clean. The garden and the pool are nice and have amenities like sun beds, tables, etc. The area is full of olive trees, it is a living olive farm indeed (you can see and hear the work in the week days). The hosts are very nice and smiling, trying to help and finding a way, even without knowing English. These are all pluses. The minus is the terrain around the property, it is chaotic, full of narrow, bushy roads and very dirty. It is, of course, out of the reach of the hosts, this is just how the region of Palermo looks like. However it is worth to know before deciding about a place for vacation.

Sehr hübsches Appartment auf einem großen Grundstück voller Olivenbäume. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. In der Umgebung ist recht wenig zu finden und das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, für einen Aufenthalt auf dieser Seite der Insel und für jene, die keine direkten Aktivitäten in der Umgebung brauchen, ist die Unterkunft allerdings empfehlenswert.

Petit havre de paix entre la mer et les montagne, au milieu d’un champs d’Olivier. Très belle vue sur la montagne, vue sur la mer depuis la piscine et des appartements. Parking intérieur protégé. Proche de Palerme et de Cefalù (+- 30 minutes). On s’y sent comme chez soi. Rien a dire et rien à redire. Propreté excellente, appartement fonctionnel, communication et disponibilité parfaites. Ne pas hésiter !
