Cozy suite located 30 minutes from downtown Vancouver. Our suite is in central Coquitlam. It is walking distance from Mundy Park (full of walking trails and an amazing playground suitable for toddlers to big kids), Poirier Rec center (swimming pool, skating rink, community center, library, running track) and other amenities. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The suite has a private entrance. Inside is two bedrooms (1 queen bed and 2 twin sized beds), bathroom and laundry. The space is a two bedroom, one bathroom partially above ground basement suite with a dining area and laundry facilities. There is parking for one vehicle. There is absolutely no smoking on the premises. We ask that guests who smoke leave the property and dispose of their cigarette butts in the garbage bin outside the house.
