Exclusive location, great view, nice beach. The beds are comfortable, though kitchen, bathrooms seems outdated and floor begs for a new carpet.

We loved our stay here. The condo was spacious and accommodating. The views were incredible. The space was peaceful and relaxing. We would stay here again!

Location is exceptional. Condo layout is extremely nice. Beds were nice, laid out as advertised. We were happy overall.

I don't think i could have stumbled onto a quieter location. The grounds were perfect for the 3 and 6 year old to roll around on the grass, the pool was perfect for all of us to enjoy, even the shade dwellers. The location and proximity to nice beaches and snorkeling was fantastic. The other great thing was it was far enough away from the heavy Waikaloa crowds but with a grocery store half a mile away. The Mana Lani hotel was next door and we walked there for cocktails and had a great dinner at the Canoe club. The outdoor kitchen by the pool with the BBQ's was a bonus! We felt very safe and secure in this location! I will most definitely stay here again!

Check in was easy and smooth and folks were very friendly and helpful! We managed to get ourselves locked out on the porch and someone came over right away, crept past our sleeping baby, and let us in. Definitely planning a return trip! Thanks!!!
