Hello there, I’m David! Since Airbnb became my many homes away from home, I dedicated my efforts to foster the best experiences and provide the best value to all my guests. I have truly enjoyed hosting and greeting thousands of guests in my various listings in Florida. My very best wish is to provide a cozy, entertaining, affordable and family friendly experience during their stay in our properties. Most of the time we won’t interact, to ensure your privacy, yet I’m just a message or a mile away from you in case you need any assistance. Fun fact, I am also a Realtor, an Investor and a Microsoft Excel Consultant. I focus my efforts on assisting people, families and investors relocate to awesome cities in Florida, like Gainesville, Orlando and Miami. My familiarity with the area and my own investment in property in the city make me a valuable resource for anyone planning to move to these fantastic places.
