Very easy checkin and nice downstairs apartment. Can hear people moving around upstairs but they were polite and quiet.

The unit is exactly as advertised, and the host is extremely communicative. You can hear upstairs activity very easily from the unit.

Nils and Halima were excellent hosts and all of the details of their guest suite were nicely done!! For us, their place was in a terrific location, located an easy five to ten minute stroll over to a bus stop with a bus (#14, among others) that gives excellent access to the downtown core, harbor and tourist information office and as well (with another connecting bus or a short walk of several blocks) a quick route to one of our favorite areas, Cook St. Village and Beacon Hill park. Thanks so much Halima and Nils, we had a wonderful stay in Victoria and much appreciated the comfort and sanctuary of your sweet, cozy place!!

Nil's and Halima place was very peaceful and comfortable. it was a basement suit we didn't expect that but it was very bright and it had full windows. the only thing that bothered us was the water backing up in the kitchen when they used the water upstairs. and there was no coffee, just tea. I enjoyed the tea, but my mother wanted coffee. It'snot a five-star location but I would give it a three-star for sure.
