House was clean and matched the description of the listing. Kitchen was stocked full of cooking utensils and bakeware. Linens were clean and ready for us to use. Rooms were decorated in a cute way and bed was comfortable. Love the added touches of a stocked coffee bar. Great place to gather with friends and have a lazy weekend.

The only real issues surrounded tvs and issues getting them working - pure tech ignorance, so no reflection on Octavia or the home. We also had a bit of a tangle with the dining room blinds, and I hope that she gets them fixed. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay, with room for everyone, great kitchen, clean and uncluttered. I would definitely recommend this home and Octavia to friends and family.

The home was very cozy. No extra blankets (I bought one & left it for the next), and not well insulated, but the thermostat works well to maintain the temperatures. The home needs some minor maintenance and TLC. Very near a train (unknown prior) but the trains have a low rumble and move fast, so never was a problem. The home is located behind the home of what GPS takes you to. The screen door latch and the majority of the blinds were damaged or broken. Overall, it was comfortable accommodations and easy access to highways, airport, and amenities.
