This listing is wonderful! Everything you could want/need plus lots of nice extras. The place is new and absolutely spotless, you couldnt ask for better hosts who were helpful and had great recommendations. Short walk to town and Henry Cowell park and historic train ride up to the redwoods. Lots to do in the area, not far from Santa Cruz and the ocean. Thankyou Vic and Leanne, look forard to staying again when we visit the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! It was comfortable, welcoming, and equipped with great amenities. The location was perfect, and the host was absolutely wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed staying here while visiting friends living nearby. Wonderful hosts and a very clean, thoughtfully designed space. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Cute neighborhood and super close to the park. Easy private access to unit and parking in driveway. It’s a beautiful drive to Santa Cruz. Would recommend.

We had a great stay. It was a beautiful place in a convenient area. Going through the downtown area was a fun experience with a lot of places to check out. This place has a very homey feel that made us feel at peace the entire time.

Such a charming place with accommodating hosts! Very clean. Fun games for the kids and snacks on arrival. :) gorgeous landscaping around the perimeter. Only drawback was that the only bathroom was through the one bedroom. The heater floors made up for it though!
