Nothing much to expect for a budget deal. I only stayed one night for transit purposes, but the host was responsive. The host offer local share taxi service, you can ask . That’s a type of local taxi, share a car with local people. The departure time is a bit confusing, changed a bit but still made the journey on time.

It's walking distance from the train station and the center point mall and the staff is very nice and kind. Nonetheless the place smells like cigarettes and the rooms and bathrooms are not in a good condition and not very clean. The area around doesn't feel safe but to be fair the whole city seems to be like that.

Good place. Great location. Abidin was Very kind and present the all time for our needs. If you have to stay in Medan for a few days this is a good opcion. Bad thing, really noise everywhere.. clacksons, machines, etc. But all the city its like that not just the hostel.

Abidin was an amazing host, always with good vibes and very attentive with all the things we need. The place is good, clean an have good location (very comfortable beds). THANKS a lot!
