We had a great stay at Casa Nensi! Loredana was very quick to reply and allowed us to check in 1 hour earlier. The place was baby friendly, very clean and in a great location. Walkable distance to Pisa Centrale and all sights. The 2 breakfast vouchers were a nice treat too - thank you! We had a very pleasant stay!

The apartment was nice and had the things we needed traveling with our toddler. Books and toys were a nice touch. Cecilia was very responsive and communication was quick. The kitchen was pretty basic - limited crockery, pots and pans. If you book this be aware the dishwasher and oven aren't available for use and are unplugged at the mains. We were told this was for "security reasons" but we've never stayed in an Airbnb that has appliances like these but won't let you use them. The description said breakfast is provided but it turns out this is only for the first day and not on Sundays as the cafe is closed. We didn't have any vouchers when we arrived but Cecilia sorted this quickly and we had breakfast there the following morning.

This was a great place to stay when arriving late in the evening as the apartment was easy to get to from the airport. In the morning it was easy to get to the cafes and breakfast places in the city center, everything was within walking distance. The flat was as described, everything was neat and tidy and Cecilia was easy to communicate with.
