This house was so perfect ... homey yet we still felt like we were on vacation. Everything was included - we didn't need to bring or buy anything other than food and personal items. Derek thought of it all! Perfect home, perfect host. :)

My husband and I wanted a peaceful, family-oriented weekend and Derek’s lake home was perfect. We were able to grill, kayak on the lake, golf and hit the beach just a 20min drive away. Our dog loved sprinting around the yard and swimming in the lake. The house itself is large and airy with serene views. Derek was extremely responsive and friendly. He even gave us dog-friendly restaurant recommendations. Great experience for a weekend getaway!

This is a nice and private lake house with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Property is neat and clean. Kids loved the lake and pool. Derek provided great communication with what was available. He ensured we were happy with our stay. Hope to be back soon!

Very quiet neighborhood & peaceful. Beautiful pool & relaxing hot tub. There is a park that’s less than 5 minutes walking from the house we took our dogs swimming to. Added bonuses not listed: tv has all streaming platforms which was great for the rainy days we had, there was a Keurig in the kitchen (which I prefer over drip so that was nice!), & AC units in each bedroom where you could control how cool you wanted your room. Lots of delicious local restaurants that delivered through Uber eats. Make sure you bring your dog leash as ducks like to sit on the dock! Derek was very friendly whenever I had any questions or concerns. Thanks Derek!!

We super enjoyed our stay! The home is very warm, welcoming and kid-friendly. The view of the lake is fantastic, and an added bonus is the expansive beach park that's just down the street. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The small beach area, jacuzzi and pool are also super nice amenities and encourage lots of time outdoors without ever having to leave the property. The host was extremely friendly, responsive, and helped make our stay very pleasant.
