this place really made my 4 day weekend I celebrated a sweet 16 bday there n when I say we'll worth it..it was more than I could of imagine not only is there a downstairs bedroom n bathroom there's another downstairs bedroom like a sub basement beautiful 2 bed bedroom the backyard is huge with a deck even though it rained our entire stay we still was out there the neighbors are friendly n the neighborhood was peaceful I would definitely comeback my daughter n her friends had space n fun so I'm a happy camper thank u again great host no hiccups way 2 go

Maxon was a decent host. It's a bit of a problem in the beginning with checking in. First, the location was inaccurate on the website, but the correct one came the morning of. The code was incorrect on the lock box, and we had to wait over 30 minutes waiting outside, waiting for him to respond to our multiple calls and texts. but once we got inside, the place was great, very clean. matches the photos. instructions were clear, and we had an amazing time once we got settled. I would give it a 8.5/10, and would use Max again in the future if the response times is quicker.

I stayed at Maxon’s place this weekend for my birthday with a family. The home was beautiful and described just like the pictures. The backyard/patio is gorgeous. The home had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend. The rooms were beautiful and the beds were most comfortable. Definitely 10/10 recommend and would definitely be staying again in the future.

Had a nice stay at Maxon’s home - a great place for a group of friends to gather! We had a few issues and Maxon was very responsive.
