Gavin was a fab host.. helped us out loads and was very friendly. His knowledge of the area is fab and all the info on his Air B&B page was awesome and very helpful. This house was an ideal size for our party of 9 and the fact we were allowed 3 dogs was awesome - we would stay here again

Fabulous, large house which is perfect for groups of friends to holiday together. The property was warm, cosy and superbly equipped with everything you could possibly need. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and lots of off road carparking. Our party had 5 cars and there was enough space for all the vehicles. The bedrooms were spacious and had the comfiest beds we’ve come across and plenty of bathrooms for everyone plus copious hot water. The pub opposite were friendly and extremely welcoming and served delicious meals. The location was excellent for visiting local places of interest and golf clubs. I would highly recommend this property for larger groups.

We have friends from all over and we like to meet come new year. A party of 12 so being central is important to us all. Gavin was very hospitable in letting us that arrived earlier than expected entry to the house. Accommodation was a perfect size for us all with a great cooking space, great dining room area and fantastic bed rooms. Excellent outdoor back garden. Each main room has a wood burning stove perfect for cold, wet Scottish weather. Central heating available in all other rooms. Only downside was the lack of towels for us to have one each. The main bathroom would’ve been great had a hand towel and bath mat been made available, save the floor slips! So, perhaps you should bring your own. Not many walks available unless along the road side with the heavy traffic which is not really suitable for dogs. The local park for the kid and some dog walking, and football is only a short distance from the house with a Pub directly across the road.
