This is a renovated Dairy Barn transformed into a two bedroom home away from home located in Oakland, KY on a 150+ acre farm. It is 2 mins from I-65 south, 5 mins from 1-65 north, 10 mins from the Corvette Museum, and 20 mins from Mammoth Cave National Park, Nolin Lake, Beech Bend Raceway, and Western Kentucky University. It is located between Nashville, TN and Louisville, KY. This renovated Pole Barn has been on this Fifth Generation Farm since 1955. We have converted it into a two bedroom home away from home and is equipped with a queen size pull-out sleeper sofa. We have a game rack with a wide selection of favorites. We offer several kitchen amenities. There is a high school regulation-size basketball court and a pond (sorry - no swimming or fishing). Our most favorite attractions on the farm are the cows. They are very friendly and LOVE bread for treats. Guests are more than welcome to feed and pet them.. Upon departure, guests are asked to start the dishwasher. We take care of the rest! Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the house. TV: We have a Smart TV and wifi to access streaming services and apps that you may have subscriptions to and an antenna that gets about 15-20 channels.
