The place was way beyond our expectations. A great Location to anything you want to do on Seneca lake. The house was spotless and had everything that you want. The owner has the house all stocked up with anything you might need for your stay. We will definitely be staying here again. Amazing place.

We had such a wonderful time at Matt and Shannon’s. I’ve been to many airbnbs all over the world, and this has to be the cleanest and most accommodating one I’ve ever stayed at. It’s in a great location, has awesome amenities, and was fully equipped with anything you could need. The beds were also extremely comfortable! Thanks again Matt and Shannon. I’m sure we will be returning!

Really enjoyed our stay at this home. Everything was clean and up-to-date. The host provided things like shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags which is becoming a rarity for Airbnb properties. Kudos for that! The house itself was wonderful, newly updated, comfortable and clean. The hot tub looked so nice but unfortunately it rained for all of our stay and we were unable to use it. This home is centrally located and sparkling clean. Two thumbs up!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! Spent Easter morning there and it was home away from home. We had a great time relaxing and hanging in the hot tub. The home was beautifully updated and very clean! Would highly recommend.
