Great stay for two families with young kids. The location is about 20-25 minutes from bracebridge, where there is lots to do. At the cottage we spent a lot of time by the water (the kids loved the sand box), having a bonfire, or playing on the big flat grassed area. I loved going out on the water with the paddleboard, canoe or kayak as well. The river is calm and really peaceful to paddle. The attached games room was a wonderful little retreat for the adults once the kids went to bed. Samantha was responsive and friendly, and had thought of most things to make our stay perfect. Would definitely recommend this place!

We had a Wonderful stay at Samantha's cottage. the place looked exactly like in the description. Samantha was always available for all our questions and answered very quickly. We will recommend it for sure.

Had a wonderful family reunion, there were some hiccups but we managed to work with them. Great place for a family with kids.
