I stayed this place due to a hospitalization for my family in Daya Hospital and its very close to the hospital. Since i was there for such need and not for leasure time, this place suites me very well. Home was very clean and close to thrissur city. Pros: - Very close to Daya Hospital - Neat and Clean - Parking available - Quite place and close to City Cons: - Listing were not accurate, many items listed were missing or unusable (Eg: Breakfast, TV) I recommend to remove items not available to avoid confusion. - Kitchen doesnt have enough utensils even a knife so not good for cooking unless you bring it. (I brought all items needed hence it was not a problem for me). Overall I’m satisfied because it was very suitable for my need because of location.

We booked this place for 2 days for about 17k inr during Thrissur pooram. When we reached at the place, the caretaker told us it's already occupied. After waiting for 1.5 hours, vakkachan came to meet us n told he didn't get any emails from Airbnb. He arranged another place for us with limited amenities (1 room for 4 people). He said he will settle the amount directly n give us 3000 rs back. Later he admitted he missed the email from Airbnb. We cancelled the booking on Airbnb (their Indian helpline number is not functional). At the new place, they charged us only 8000inr. That means, vakkachan was trying to get a commission (about 6500inr) just for few phone calls. I really recommend you to call him directly n verify the availability before you book this place. Good stay, good location. Close proximity to the main market, neat and clean place.. Very Spacious.

The homestay was really good. It was unexpectedly clean and tidy. The host was also so friendly and helpful. All the amenities were provided as mentioned in the airbnb website. Overall stay was superb.

Very nice and clean homestay. Owner was quite cooperative. Rooms were spacious and the location of the homestay was also good.
