David is an absolutely top notch host. He communicated frequently and proactively in a very helpful way and offered spot on recommendations - including a beautiful running trail along the lake. The condo was spotless and fit our needs perfectly. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a wonderful stay David!

This place is a hidden gem! We came to Burlington for the eclipse and couldn't have asked for a better location. We had coffee and breakfast right next door at August First and had a range of restaurants to choose from within walking distance for dinner (Santiago's is awesome!). The apartment was beautifully decorated and spotless, the kitchen was well stocked, and the layout was great for us and our teens. Dave was incredibly responsive before and during our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better host. It was the best Air B and B experience we've had and we look forward to coming back!

Perfect place to stay to explore downtown Burlington. The apartment was in a great location with parking and the beds are so comfortable! The place is nicely stocked with coffee, but the best part is the coffee shop downstairs that has fabulous pastries and sandwiches. David was very friendly and helpful even checking to make sure we got in okay. He provided some dinner recommendations and told us about the area while we were in town looking at UVM.

The location is within walking distance to both shops and restaurants on Main and Church Sts. and across the street from the lake front where a stroll or jog along the lake is a wonderful. There is ample parking and access to the lofts is easy and safe. David is a very friendly host, attentive informative, and hospitable. Overall, it was one of my best experiences with an AirBnB host and location. I highly recommend David’s loft apt.
