Welcome to your home away from home. This bright home in Binghamton, New York, is my childhood home. Built by my father in 1973, it was remodeled in 2021 and again in 2022. The home is now complete with modern furniture, fixtures, bedroom sets, and major kitchen appliances all purchased in 2022. I’m thrilled to share our home with you. Fun fact: our home is only 4 miles away from SUNY B's main campus & 5 miles from the SUNY Community College. Complimentary Wi-Fi (Code provided at check in) BEDROOMS Your four bedrooms located on the second floor are bright, modern, minimal and include everything you might need to make your stay relaxing or work ready and comfortable. Each include: closet, closet rod, tons of hangers, shelf space, recessed lighting, night stand, pillow top bed, robe hooks on both doors to each room, linens and black out curtains. MASTER BEDROOM Includes a smart TV, dresser, 2 night stands, closet with 2 hanging rods, tons of hangers, robe hooks on both doors. LIVING AREA Unwind, watch your favorite shows on the (2021) 50" smart TV in hotel like style modern seating. For live streaming, you can easily log in with your information as there is no cable. Also, you can enjoy the listening station! We have some selected LPS and a whole lot found in the attic left from my childhood! We've cleaned up the 33's for you to slip on a headset and turn it on! These are complimentary for your use during your stay.
