Lovely modern house ideal for extended or short stays as there is plenty of room for all guest's House very clean and tidy and accurately described by host. Location ideal for Canberra City or if visiting wineries.
I recently had the pleasure of staying here and the house is exceeded all expectations. The location was ideal for those seeking a peaceful retreat. Tucked away from the main thoroughfares, yet still conveniently located near local amenities. Highly recommend.
The house is up on the hill with Views out to Telstra Tower. It is a quiet neighbourhood so please only book if you will adhere to the quiet hours of 10pm to 7am. When you are coming or going within the quiet hours please be conscious not to make noise or slam car doors so that you do not disturb the neighbours. If a neighbour disturbance is lodged directly with AirBnB this could result in a $1000 penalty fine being applied so please ensure that you communicate this with all your guests and keep the noise down during these hours.
