Beautiful, cosy place. Close to Dania Beach (gorgeous). Was perfect to stay and everything was great while I was shopping for property as I am moving to South FL this year. Highly recommend!! Ron also recommends activities and places to go upon your arrival. Will absolutely return.

Excelente estadía, alojamiento tal cual a como se describe, todo muy limpio y ordenado. Por otra parte, Ron, un excelente anfitrión, muy amable y comprensivo. Lo recomiendo al 100%!

I rented Unit B which comes with a private fenced patio with backyard with driveway and private entrance. The backyard was perfect for our 90 lbs dog, who I felt very comfortable leaving him in the backyard alone unsupervised. The location is perfectly central to many happening spots, the house is located off Sharidan Street which leads to Hollywood beach (7-10 min drive), and 5 min drive to the Yellow Green Farmers Market which only opens on Saturday and Sunday. Then you are 15 min drive to Hard Rock Casino, 30-60 min drive to South Beach, Miami depending on traffic. There are many good restaurants that deliver to the house, including Uber Eats. Overall the locally is safe and private, very centrally located. Ron is very attentive to any repairs that may be needed and responsive. Great host.

This apartment has everything and more you could need. It was very clean and spacious. Very convenient location for downtown Hollywood and tha beach isn't far.
