We loved 12 Cedar Ave. The decor is tastefully well designed. It’s bright, airy, and well lit. Everything was perfectly clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable ever. The Nuthall pub is one of our favourites for food in Nottingham. It’s only 2 min walk. Our 8-year-old daughter said that she didn’t want to leave. We would definitely stay again next time we’re in Nottingham.
Anoushka is simply the best. Love staying in her home whenever I’m in Nottingham. Clean, comfortable and the bed is wonderful. Only place I will stay in Nottingham if it’s available.
This was my second stay at Anoushka’s and I won’t stay anywhere else when I’m in Nottingham. Very comfortable and feel right at home. Couldn’t ask for a better host!
Booked this air bnb over Christmas whilst visiting family. Lovely modern home, had everything we needed. Super happy the host allowed us to bring our dog. Overall no complaints. Very happy with our stay.

Hi! My name is Anoushka, I’m British and work in HR/Transformation, and breed Ragdoll cats as a hobby. I’ve lived in the Netherlands for 9 years now, I love hosting and meeting people from all over the world. I love culture, arts, design and creating. I love (both of our) homes and neighbourhoods so much and would love to share them with you! In Amsterdam we love facing the river and having a relaxing garden in the middle of the city. In Nottingham I love the quiet neighbourhood where I grew up, light and airy house, and being so close to Nottingham and transport links. You will get a warm welcome in whichever of my houses you stay in.
