Jessie was responsive when answering questions before our stay, and made sure we knew we could contact her if we needed anything. The house itself is great particularly the lounge with bifold doors which can be opened across the end and, unlike a lot of rentals where the décor can feel quite clinical, has a coastal/nautical theme going on which makes it feel really unique. The property is in an amazing location which feels is peaceful and secluded but within walking distance of the local pub for food and drink. There's easy access to a huge beach a short walk away, and plenty of walking and cycling routes from the doorstep with lots of wildlife around the coast. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it!

Neighbours were noisy. Tv not working properly and lamp broken. Dog hairs everywhere. Dust and filth! Had to wash all cooking and eating utensils as they were filthy. Stained pair of knickers left in the washing machine. I could go on. The property had not been cleaned properly even though the host told us she uses a professional cleaning company. Really Jessie!?? On reporting these problems to the host we were called liars!! The way we have been treated is disgusting and totally unprofessional. We are not “picky” but when paying almost £2k for a week you expect there to be a certain level of cleanliness. We provided honest feedback with photos of the issues only for the host to say that we had left the property in a mess!! Contact me direct if you’d like to view the photos! I’m sure Jessie will respond to this truthful review with the lies and accusations she has been harassing my family with. I’ll leave it up to you paying customers to decide but BEWARE! Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

Had a fabulous holiday with the family and my parents, the location and views were amazing. The place was just as described with plenty of room for all of us and everything provided that we needed and a welcome pack we weren't expecting. We had a couple of dogs and they loved being so close to the beach and being able to be off the lead. Easy access to Abersoch and surrounding beaches, with great pubs and restaurants. Our teenage boys loved surfing at Hells Beach and the waves were great, we hired a surfboard and bodyboard from Abersoch. I loved waking up in the morning to the fabulous views of the sea from the bedroom and there were amazing sunsets in the evening when we sat out and BBQ'd. In the house, everything was provided, with all the utensils and pots we needed to cook when we stayed in. Thank you so much Jessie and we would love to come again another time. Would definitely recommend it.

Wow Great location, minutes from the Hell’s Mouth beach . Off road parking for upto 3 cars. House was really comfortable , clean and wanted for nothing. Main room perfect, spacious and great family room ( including dog) with views of the wild sea of Hell’s Mouth. Garden great for dog and secure.Out door hot shower really useful especially when returning from the sea. Really warm welcome from hosts Jessie and Mark who went out of their way to make our stay wonderful

We have had the most lovely week in llanengen. Jessie was really helpful and the cottage was perfect. It is a beautiful view of Hells mouth beach, which is stunning, lovely walk there most mornings for a body board or just a paddle. The cottage had everything we, as a family of five plus dog, needed and lots of lovely touches. No dishwasher but that didn’t matter when everything else was so well thought through. Outdoor shower really helpful! Lovely space outside to barbecue. We spent week on beach, walked up snowdon, trip to Anglesey (the Menai strait rib ride was great), did the caverns at zip world, pottering around abersoch, did a coastal walk from Hells mouth. If we had had more time there was still so much more to do! The sun inn was lovely on our first night.
