Welcome to Palm Villa. Our luxurious three bedroom, two bathroom private home is located on the stunning West Coast of Barbados. Set in a quiet and safe residential area, the villa is less than a five minute walk to beautiful beaches, a supermarket and a wealth of fantastic bars and restaurants. The villa is one of very few in the area to benefit from its own pool. As a guest of Palm Villa, you will also be able to use the facilities of the Sunset Crest Beach Club. Apart from a pool, Palm Villa benefits from having super-fast WiFi, air conditioning, tropical gardens and a huge verandah. The property is maintained to the highest standard by our House Manager, Heather. She will greet you on arrival, answer any questions and ensure that you enjoy your stay.

We stayed in Palm Villa for two week and we all absolutely loved it.
Wow, what a perfect location we were blown away by the local restaurants. Damien was the perfect host, very helpful with my queries prior to staying. Lovely house, very comfortable beds and bedding. We enjoyed the shade in the pool every morning for the children. We had a really special holiday and would definitely recommend the villa.
We had a wonderful and relaxing week at Damien’s place. We loved spending time on the covered patio and in the pool. The palm trees in the yard are lovely. We rented a car for the week and took time to explore the beautiful island. Heather greeted us and also came to meet us when we left. The location is close to groceries, restaurants and a medical clinic.
We felt right at home as we walked in. The front terrace was our favourite spot, as well as the swimming pool. We enjoyed our dinners and lunches outside and we saw fireflies. The place was very private so we felt comfortable and relaxed at all times. The house is 10 min from the beautiful West Coast shore of Holetown and the crystal green/blue waters. Near by there is a top restaurant called Tides which I strongly recommend for romantic dinners. And if you are a sport obsess, I recommend the Surfside bar on the beach which have all major matches and a fantastic Pina Colada. I strongly recommend it and would go back again.
Lovely spot. Invaluable having the pool too. Damien and Matt were super responsive and really helpful and Heather (housekeeper) is lovely.

The villa is set in a secluded cul-de-sac of only six properties. The immediate surrounding area of Sunset Crest was established in the 1960's and comprises low-rise homes in a quiet, residential neighbourhood. The area is nice and flat and perfect for an evening stroll or an early morning run for the more energetic!
The villa is located around five minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beaches and clear blue sea that the West Coast is known for. It is also a short walk (<5minutes) to a large supermarket where you can stock up on a wide selection of groceries. The Limegrove shopping centre provides other retail opportunities (e.g. fashion/interiors/art) and houses a cinema too.
The many bars and restaurants of Holetown such as The Tides, Drift, Nishi and Paul Owens are a short stroll away whilst Sandy Lane is around a ten minute walk. Other restaurants such as Lone Star (10 minutes, taxi), The Local (15 minutes, taxi) and the Fish Pot (20 minutes, taxi) are all slightly further up the coast but very easily accessible.
Barbados is served by a number of international airlines including British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, TUI, American Airlines, Air Canada and Jet Blue. The airport is around 30 minutes drive away and a taxi costs around 30 USD from airport to the villa.
Once at the villa, you will be able to relax and walk to the beautiful beaches, the beach club (included), supermarket and the multitude of bars and restaurants that Holetown offers. Taxis are readily available for trips further afield and there is a frequent local bus service to Bridgetown and Speightstown, with a bus stop a few minutes walk from the villa.
Car hire can be arranged locally through our House Manager if you would like to see more of the island, as can island tours.

I'm Damien and originally from London although I now live in Hamilton, Bermuda with my partner Matt. I'm the General Manager of a boutique hotel and have years of experience of hosting and entertaining guests. Matt and I love Barbados and purchased this home in 2022 after spending many holidays in the area. We're also friends with a handful of locals who will help to make the most of your holiday if you need any advice on where to visit.
