A great spot to relax and enjoy nature while still being close to city amenities. We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy river front home. The water views are wonderful, and the beds and sofa are extremely comfortable too. The house comes equipped with all the amenities you could need, and the house itself was very clean. We felt right at home, and would stay there again!

We came to Houston to watch our grandson compete in a robotics competition . Ty’s home was close enough to the city and much better traffic wise than everyone told us . The house was beautiful and so clean and peaceful. It is well equipped with everything we needed . Two bedrooms with a bath and a half . Perfect for the 2 couples. We were so busy running around we never got to meet the owners Ty and Lynn but we knew they were as close as the phone . If the kids are lucky enough to compete again we would certainly stay there again .

Ty& Lynn were super nice to deal with. A great house, we would stay there again on our next trip to Houston. Very well maintained, super clean and modern appliances.

Our second stay here and once again we weren’t disappointed. We love to wake in the morning and have coffee on the back porch watching the water and wildlife. Ty is a wonderful host and is very accommodating to your needs. We enjoy the area a lot and there are many restaurants to discover nearby. Plans are being made for a third stay next year.
