Franco's place is in a great location, and I always felt safe walking alone in the area. Parking was right outside the front door. Since it was the end of the season, there were some things missing in the kitchen but I'm certain he will remedy that before the summer season. Franco was very quick to have an item delivered that was needed. The shower is up very high which is a problem when you're short!

First let me start with Franco who was absolutely awesome every step of the way. He accommodated us in one request, described the place accurately, and was super fast in responding. He also made some phenomenal recommendations for places to eat. This place was exactly what I expected from the pics, so I have no complaints. Franco doesn’t advertise this as the presidential suite at the 4 seasons nor should you expect that. It’s the perfect space to bring your family to enjoy some beach and boardwalk time. My only suggestions (not complaints, suggestions) are as follows 1)Whoever installed the shower head in the bathroom put it so high I could barely reach it and my wife and kids couldn’t reach 2)A hose attached to the spicket outside would be huge to wash off the sand prior to entering 3)Maybe consider a tv for the bedrooms For the price I thought this was a good value and I would stay here again! Franco is a great host.

The host was responsive. Place was good size but it was not clean.

We had a lovely stay! Franco was super responsive and helpful. There was a parking spot and plenty of space to sleep 5. Be aware there are only four chairs at the dining table, may want to bring a folding one if this matters to you. Everything was clean, truly no complaints!
