Arvonia is nestled in the picturesque coastal town of New Quay, Wales. Built in 1847, it boasts a prime location just steps away from New Quay, where you can enjoy stunning sea views and catch a glimpse of dolphins and seals. It is also conveniently located within walking distance to the bustling town centre, with its quaint shops, pubs, and restaurants. Whether you're seeking a peaceful coastal getaway or a base to explore New Quay and its surroundings, Arvonia offers a memorable experience There is one spacious downstairs bedroom with a double bed, with 3 further bedrooms upstairs. One king master bedroom with sea views and ensuite, a twin room with sea views and a snug single bedroom with a 6ft bed and sea views. The living areas consist of a small entry, living room with wood burner, and a kitchen diner. There is a 3 tiered garden to the rear, it is very steep so children need to be supervised. On the top tier there is a decking area with lovely sea views.

We enjoyed our week in the delightful fishing village of New Quay. The house was well appointed, in a perfect position overlooking the bay, and only a few minutes walk down to the harbour. Perfect for dog walkers and dolphin watchers! When we had a question, Lizzie was quick to respond and was very helpful.
Absolute gem of a find. spacious, sleeps 7 comfortably, immaculately clean, all amenities, great size kitchen and dining room , huge sitting room, with patio doors opening out to court yard, and a beautiful secret garden 🌼 proper sea view from every bedroom, and you can see Dolphins and seals 🐬 3 minuit walk to beach and center of village , car parking outside , full 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 here for me, perfect location, perfect house, perfect hosts. thankyou for sharing your beautiful home . we WILL be back 💯 xx
A fabulous house with stunning views over Cardigan Bay. Dolphin watching comes free of charge, and you don’t even need to leave your bed! We were only a couple, but I’d have no problem taking our family to stay there.
We enjoyed another wonderful week at Arvonia.. Lizzie is a great host and was very helpful when we needed to communicate about the house. We will hopefully be back again to spend time in beautiful New Quay.
We loved our stay in Arvonia, the house is so cosy and clean and in the most beautiful location. We were able to walk to all amenities with ease. Will definitely book again for a family break, highly recommend.

There is on street parking which is first come first served, it can be busy in the summer months but there is payable parking nearby that can be used until the street parking quietens down at night.
