Lovely house, as everything you need to feel right at home, views are lovely of the lake, Sam was very friendly and easy to get hold of. we all had a great stay. I would recommend it!

Had a wonderful weekend family break at the upside down house. We were a family of 6. Myself, my husband & 4 adult kids. It was a weekend away for my birthday and wanted to choose a place where we would all enjoy. And we did! The house was very spacious & comfortable & had everything you could need. Bedrooms were large with plenty of cupboard space. Family bathroom was beautifully modern, as was the en suite. Everywhere was lovely & clean. The weather was hot so we spent the evenings outside on the patio area. The extra outdoor room was well equipped for outdoor entertaining . The large bbq was well used during our stay & the hot tub was a winner, especially with the younger members of the family. The Bluetooth speakers & mini fridge were all welcome touches. The location was good, just 10 minutes drive from Cromer. 30 minutes away from Wroxham, where we took a boat out on the Broads. The New Inn, within walking distance, did a lovely Sunday Roast and staff were very friendly.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house. Absolutely faultless. So much space. The place is stunning! Sam was also great at communicating and quick to respond. Hot tub and garden area, including the garden room with bar was a lovely touch. The road outside caused us no issues and it is a perfect location just 10 minutes from Cromer. Will definitely be returning.
