A pleasant apartment in a quiet residential area with good connections to Nice. Pros: 750m from the tram stop & Promenade des Anglais; small West facing balcony with aperçu of the sea; bright, modern interior; aircon; coffee machine. Cons: small double bed; limited parking spaces; some things didn't work (washing machine only works on cold, bip to access parking did not work on exit); stressful check in process (access and parking details are witheld until the afternoon of arrival as a 'security measure' to prevent early check in).

Nice apartment in a quiet residential area. As a solo traveller it was perfect for me and I was familiar with the area. Ten minute walk to the tram line and supermarket. Just a few tram stops from the airport. Once booked, plenty of clear instructions received re check in etc.

It was not like excatly we hoped for

First of all, the apartment is in nice community and has AC, elevator and separate bedroom, balcony and washer dryer. Now, posting does say this place is 5 mins from beach. Host instructions said it is 10 min walk from train station. This is completely misleading. If you have luggage and want to walk to this apartment from tram/train station, it is approximately 1.1 km and most of it is a steep hill. There is patch of road where there are no pedestrian walkway and you are exposed to fast driving cars on a narrow street. Location is too far from Nice major attractions. Host is somehow fixated on toilet paper. They won’t give you a new toilet paper. We had to buy our own as half used (that was in toilet) ran out within 2 days. Toaster was not working, there was food leftovers in refrigerator, contact-less trash bin lid was not working, two of power plugs were not working. I informed to host and host promised to swing by. He/she never showed up or never followed up.
