It is a great place to have a private getaway with your family. The beach is just outside the living room, with a pool beside us—plenty of space for a family of 4. It is close to the airport—a quiet and safe neighborhood. If you are looking to be away from all the noise of the resort and cruise travelers, then this is the perfect place. The place is fifteen minutes from a grocery store, pastry shop, and restaurants right on the beach. We also were less than 20 minutes from the caves—just a fantastic place to get away. I will go back.

This condo was absolutely fabulous. Clean as a whistle, secure, and tastefully decorated. It's right on the oceanfront, has beautiful views, and sports a thirty-second walk to great snorkeling and a lovely beach. Stacy was a excellent host. She answered all my questions, gave wonderful recommendations for restaurants, and delivered all the information I needed to have a great week in the Bahamas. If you are considering a get-away in Nassau, this condo is the best. Easy access to great beaches, superb snorkeling, and the only national park in Nassau -- which are all located on this corner of the island. I travel a lot, and this place has my highest recommendation.

Stacy was an exceptional host with a wonderful property. If you are wanting a semi private island experience, this is the place to have it. Nicely appointed home. The home is as the pictures and description detail. There is nothing needed except your groceries and bags. The beach is semi private. Saw about 10 people the whole stay. Should have stayed longer here. You can even snorkel out front. We saw lots of marine life. Thank you again Stacy

Stacy’s place was wonderful! It was very bright and clean and had a great view. We really appreciated being on the quieter side of the island. We had the pool and beach to ourselves most of the time and the few people we did encounter around the condo were friendly and respectful. The furnishings were comfortable and it was nice to have the stocked kitchen to make a few meals. One of our favorite things to do with our kids was wade in the water at low tide, where we found conch shells and starfish. We also spotted large sea turtles right in front of the condo a couple of days. While there was a market and a couple of restaurants fairly close, I would recommend renting a car. It was convenient to have Stuart Cove’s nearby, where we rented snorkeling equipment and visited a couple of other beaches on the island for snorkeling. Overall we had a great stay and it was exactly what our family was looking for to have a relaxing vacation.

Stacy was an awesome host. Her house is beautiful, and the location is amazing. We all loved our stay there, and would definitely stay again.
