After staying for a week, we really enjoyed this location and appreciated the amount of space. It was perfectly central and made for an easy walk or train ride anywhere we needed to go. Very safe feeling and cozy. Being an older building we did have some issues like bugs on the main floor (especially kitchen), city noise, and draftiness on cold nights. Ultimately it was still a comfortable stay and we discovered a new favorite area of Brooklyn!

Spent a couple of nights in Brooklyn. This is a good location near subway stations, so easy to get around. We found on street parking for 2 vehicles. Adarsh was very responsive to our text messages. We had a little trouble getting in but they were very helpful.

The house was perfect for us. We left in the morning and didn’t come back until bedtime. The beds were comfortable and the location was perfect for our vacation. Thank you!

Photos are pretty accurate but the description is not. The only “newly renovated” room is likely the bathroom off the living space but the rest is very much older. “Curated with clean design” also is not what would come to mind for this space. It wasn’t in the cleanest condition, potentially part of that could be due to the old building and also that we weren’t allowed to open any windows as per the guide so it had a light odor. Location is great, very walkable.
