Forget your worries in this spacious and serene cabin. It has lots of country farmhouse charm with plenty of inside and outside space to relax. Up to 5 guests can comfortably stay with a main bedroom, bunk room with twin beds, and a plush, full-size couch. Cozy and relaxing screened-in porch with a hammock and table set! A large back deck, fire pit area, fenced in front and back yard. Did I mention the farm animals?! Centrally located to many great north Alabama natural attractions to enjoy! The Field House is the largest of our three cabins. The interior was designed using oak, pine, and metal salvaged from a 110 year old barn along with other unique wood and metal features to complement your farm stay. It has a 448 sq. foot interior, but really feels much larger with its taller than normal ceilings and so much natural light, along with a large finished outdoor space in both the front and back yard. There are also beautiful and expansive views of the large outdoor pastures. You will be feeling comfy and relaxed with the well thought out interior/exterior decorations, and the many amenities that we have added to complete your rural, country stay. We are very close to all the natural wonders in our area (within 20miles or less) of The Bankhead National forest and Sipsey Wilderness, Dismal gardens/caverns, Bear Creek lake and spillway ( for kayaking and canoeing). the area is known as the land of 1000 waterfalls! Note: We have the Field house set up to accommodate families with children, but we require children under the age of 17 be supervised by an adult at all times. Our property is 13 acres and includes a Main House, 3 cabins, ( that can be booked for larger family stays) 2 barns, an artisan workshop, and many farm animals including some yard guineas, and an outside dog.
