Our stay at Nick exceeded our expectations! The place is even more beautiful than photos. Having equal numbers of bathrooms to bedrooms was amazing. He was also super responsive and gave us an early check in without us even requesting. Highly recommend!

Exterior home is beautiful & location, however from day one the experience at this Airbnb was not as advertised and highly disruptive. For ex, most guests had to live out of their suitcases b/c of inadequate closet areas or barely no hangers. Even more disruptive was the HVAC system that did not work from day one. Some rooms were roasting at over 80 F while others froze at close to 63 F. From the beginning of the visit our communication w/host was unsuccessful to remedy the situation. Each time he gave instructions as to how the system needed to be balanced, we tried to implement his suggestions only to respond back that it still didn’t work. Our trip was interrupted by multiple visits by the host & his father who themselves were unsuccessful in balancing the system for each room to have a comfortable temperature. One day we were awaken at 2:53am to a smoke detector chirping. This was our exp the entire time of our stay which was highly disruptive & stressful for everyone involved.
