the first booking I was given the room which was at the picture situated at the masening (Grand floor) all was fine. then decided to extend based to where I was then the manager Sarah didn't reply at all the next nothing... then I spoke to the person in charge at the place who was very kind, she reassured us and told us that everything should be fine. However Sarah decided later on that we have to move to second floor which I don't recommend at all. the room was poor, no hangers or hooks to Ower clothes, cabel hanging, poor internet connection, smelly corridor and kitchen, dirty dishes, glasses,fridge and microwave... I think Sarah should be honest on her business and treat her guest fairly as long they pay.

I found Neon 160 hard to find but was pleasantly surprised once inside. The outside area/doorway isn't nice or well maintained but the flats & my room were clean, the bed was comfy, the linen & pillows were good & clean. My key was not in lockbox when I arrived so I had to message Sarah who quickly responded & allocated me another room. In the interim I had seen the 1st flat & as a woman alone I'm not sure I would have felt ok in that flat as there were several men there & I guess I should have thought about that & about sharing loo & bathroom with random men. Although they were friendly, I'm still not sure I would have felt comfortable in the night. I was allocated a room in a different flat (the whole building was separate 'flats' each with several rooms, & shared loo, bathrooms & kitchen; Sarah was not on the premises) because of the key issue. I think I was then very lucky to be in a flat on my own. It was clean & tidy & my room was nice tho not the one in photo. Noisy outside!
