adorable two bedroom house in a cute neighborhood walkable to restaurants and bars on the river during kentucky derby weekend. the host even set out derby cookies for us.

Bethany was very responsive and accommodating. We had a couple things missing upon check in. I messaged her and she got them to us right away. There were great restaurants and it was a very short walk. With the basement that it has would be a great place for a family to stay. I would definitely stay again!!

Lovely home with so much style! It was perfect for our stay with our two girls (Miniature Schnauzer and Pug mix). The location was very convenient as it was close to where our family events took place. The home had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the living and dining areas provided plenty of space for us to enjoy and ample workspace when we needed it for a couple of days. The fenced-in backyard was perfect. Lots of green space with excellent lighting at night. I'm still not sure who enjoyed it more, us or the fur babies. The basement was very welcoming and stylish, just like the rest of the house. I only wish we were in the home more to take full advantage of it. Bethany was a great host. She was great in providing information and instructions and was very responsive from the time we booked through checkout. We would absolutely stay here again when we’re in Jeff. I highly recommend Bethany's place to anyone looking to stay in the area, it’s such a cool spot!

Bethany was wonderful and very proactive to make sure my husband, our two dogs and I were very comfortable. Our girls (our Great Dane and Beagle/Bulldog mix) loved all the smells and green space in the backyard and we were extremely grateful for a peaceful, fenced in yard for them to play in so they could get their puppy energy out. The bed was definitely more comfortable than a hotel! Safe area with a strip of local restaurants within a very short walking distance and most had patios that the dogs could hang out with us while we eat. Great tub to soak in upstairs and fun gaming station downstairs, too! Super close to the conference center where my veterinary conference was located. There were always several Ubers ready within 3-5 minutes of the BNB so waiting wasn’t even an issue. Got to the conference center within 7-10 minute drive during highway traffic times since I was always going the opposite way of the heaviest traffic. Would definitely stay here again!

Great spot! Just across the river from Louisville. Great backyard with cool fire pit. Clean and very cozy. We hope to stay again when we are in the area.
