Super clean perfect size and well kept home 😀

Quiet convenient location in Manteo. House was clean and comfortable. We did not prepare any meals there but it appeared the kitchen had the basics. Ice maker either didn't work or maybe it's not connected. Didn't see any ice cube trays so we purchased a bag of ice. Not a deal breaker and didn't report to the host at the time. Could have used more towels but there is a washer/ dryer on site so we made it work. Again , we only had a short stay so did not need it addressed . Overall good experience and the few small things would not prevent us from staying again.

We had a great stay! The place is small but had all the space we needed for our family of 6. It was a great place to launch our day trips from.

My family stayed here during our kid’s Spring Break. We felt a trip to OBX would be good and Maria’s place was perfect for the 4 of us and our 13 year old beagle. He typically doesn’t get to travel as much so we loved we could find a nice, clean place at an affordable rate. To allow pets to stay, I was a bit nervous regarding cleanliness, but it was very clean and met our needs perfectly. Didn’t take long to cross the bridge to get to Nags Head and the neighborhood was so peaceful and gave a great sense of privacy. Maria checked in to ensure our check in went well. Although, we didn’t have any concerns I felt that she would have been very responsive to any issue I may have encountered. We would definitely book here again. Next time we won’t forget to sign the guest book!
