We had the best stay at John’s place . His place is so cozy . We loved the open floor plan and the terraced garden. It was also very quite for being right on Bradford St . We can’t wait to come back next year .

We had a great time at John’s place. Everything was perfect. The outdoor space was ideal for early morning coffee and an evening drink; the living room was spacious and warm and welcoming. All three bedrooms were exactly like the pictures. We had everything we needed and wanted and really appreciated John’s space. Thank you!

My husband and I were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to stay here for a few days. This is our favorite area of Provincetown and so for us the location was perfect. Walkable to the restaurants, shops and beach. The home was clean and comfortable, with places to relax inside and outside. We had to do a little work while away and the wifi and desk area made it less painful. Super communicative host who really cares about his guests. Would definitely come back!

Wonderful, peaceful and private home with comfortable living spaces. We cooked in several nights and any cook would feel comfortable with the kitchen's amenities. The outside space in the back is shady and private, giving you the perfect opportunity to relax with appetizers and your favorite beverage before dinner. John is a great host and quickly responds to questions. Would happily visit again!

Beautiful, pristine house in the East End with unique design elements, in the heart of the gallery district and easy walk to town! The main floor is bright and spacious and opens onto a great patio with plenty of room for outdoor living. The loft upstairs is also bright and has its own balcony - the only tricky bit is the stairway to the loft which is a bit like being on a boat. The downstairs bedroom space is huge with a desk and separate entrance - great space for a group of friends or family. John is a super host! So attentive and thoughtful - he went out of his way to help with every detail and request, and he is now a good friend!
