Stunning views &great location. Debbie was very responsive. Enjoyed our stay even though weather turned off wet and chilly it didn’t dampen our spirits. It was a trip for rest & relaxation. Not sure if an outside source/3rd party used for housekeeping but definitely needs some attention, mainly kitchen/ laundry area & bathrooms &vacuuming of house. As an owner that rented out 2 ocean front properties I understand there can be issues with a 3rd party service. I’m only mentioning for owner to be aware. Other than that the house is great. Would be useful to have some sort of lamp in master bedroom. We really enjoyed our stay. We received a call after we left about the water co calling owner & the meter ran high 3 days . Due to weather we didn’t get down to dock until day 3 &noticed h2o from lines feeding the fish cleaning station at the dock/pier flowing into the river/ocean. The line at dock was immed shut off & also shut off the main valve at house. Def recommend this rental

Very beautiful home on the waterfront. Our host was very accommodating, and helped us with any needs. Place was family friendly, kept very clean and well maintained. Enjoyed access to kayaks and crab pots, and even swimming. Highly recommend this place.

Our stay was truly wonderful...so wonderful we ended up extending! A comfortable, cozy, peaceful and tranquil home away from home. From waking up to gorgeous sunrises, to sitting on the back porch taking in the moving water and amazing wildlife, to fishing off the dock, to enjoying the cozy interior...and even going into town and taking our boat out to fish (when the weather permitted.) All was amazing! Debbie was very responsive, kind and hospitable from our initial questions prior to booking, throughout our stay and at our departure. A top notch host who you can tell genuinely cares! Thank you so much again for all. We both and our pups throughly enjoyed...we will definitely be back! Cheers :)

I cannot say how wonderful (and truly above-expectations) this home was! As someone who operates several Airbnbs, there are things that I immediately look for when checking in to one: cleanliness, accessibility, and overall thoughtfulness of the items/amenities that are in the home. It’s clear that Debbie wants her guests to feel like this is their home, too! Not only was the home exceptionally clean - and the property very well maintained - but the thoughtfulness of every detail (down to beach towels and the kind note and bottle of wine) demonstrate that Debbie is a true southern hostess. The setting was pristine and tranquil; I lived and worked in that area in previous years, and this property reminded me of the simple beauty and pleasures that the area offers (sunrises, fishing at sunset, the cool breeze coming from the water). For those looking to escape and recharge, I cannot recommend this place more highly!
