We loved the charm of the rustic & serene cabin. It was nestled in the woods and it was perfect. The drive way is totally doable especially with snow traction on!! We enjoyed our time.

Dori has such a beautiful home! My brother and I loved the peaceful, secluded location. Brittany helped adjust the price back to its original value when the site had it bumped it up by about $50 a day. The communication was excellent and I felt confident knowing what to expect by the welcome message I got from them. The inside of the home was beautifully made of all wood, and we felt right at home. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you Dori and Brittany!!

Fairly remote cabin. I made the kids drive up the driveway and that was fun. About 15-45 minutes to anywhere. Bedford, hikes, Roanoke, Lynchburg, James River, etc. Wanted more silverware in the kitchen. TV was a little strange having to use the Roku app on your phone as a remote but it worked. LG TV remote was low on batteries and didn't work all the time. Showers were both quite small. Communication with the host was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay at Dori,s cabin! The cabin itself was very charming and the woodwork was beautiful! We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the peace and quiet listening to the rain at night and the birds in the morning. It's about a 20-minute drive to the entrance to Blue Ridge Parkway and some excellent trails. We enjoyed having our meals at the cabin and appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Dori also suggested some restaurants that were only 20 mins away. The drive into town is GORGEOUS! We certainly hope to return!
