Great little studio in the centre of Arbroath. Ideal for a great self catering stay. Bedding and surroundings very clean. Easy to contact host in an emergency. Will hopefully use the place again. Thank you x

Cracking little apartment, well equipped right in town centre, couldn’t fault. Would certainly look to use again.

Dear, Phil Your apartment was okay but lots of things we were not happy with. Kitchen equipment was very poor we didn’t have a colander to drain food and all cutlery was broken meaning only one person can eat at a time. Pots and pans were hanging on for dear life which made it difficult to cook, When we arrived the shower temperature dial was put on wrong which meant we had cold showers for the first week we messaged Phil but a very slow response and was not sorted until we sorted ourselves. We stayed here for one month and were promised fresh towels every week but it was forgot about until we informed them for more. We were supplied with no cleaning equipment through out the stay. Very small apartment for what we have paid and due to these circumstances we will be asking for a partial refund!

Perfect location! Corner shop practically next door, food shops all up and down the street next to flat. Lidl is a 2 minute walk, and the abbeygate is 5 minute walk from flat. Pubs and bars not far either, despite this there was no noticeable noise! I brought ear plugs and slept with them in and very well! The train station is 30 seconds up the road, where you can get trains to Dundee Aberdeen Edinburgh etc etc. Very central! The flat was cleaned perfectly and the bed was very comfortable. The heater was amazing and would cosy up the bedroom in no time! Absolutely 0 complaints with this flat, will 1000% be coming back to stay here when we go back to Scotland. Cheapest accommodation I could find and yet at the greatest value! Hotels charging £800 p/w for a room whether you get a whole flat for less than half of that! Honestly was amazing and our visit wouldn’t have been 10/10 without this flat!
