Nice place on buzzard roost in spring city tN. Drive sucks about got stuck in minivan would not recommend small cars. Could use a little dusting. Only other issue is the ceiling fans speed could not be adjusted and was not moving enough air. So yea no major issues.

I’m not even sure where to begin with this review. We have read the reviews from both VRBO & Airbnb and they were mixed, but none talked about some of the things we experienced. As the other reviews stated…the roadways getting in and out were challenging and the stairway leading to the lake needed a lot of repairs. And after my husband & myself wrote the host twice and never received a response, we were beginning to wonder if the other reviews were even real! When we arrived and went in all 4 of us immediately had a bad feeling. it’s not a true 2 bedroom. The picture with the twin beds was a small area inside the master bedroom.Cob webs in the ceiling…and don’t even get me started on how dirty the pillow was that I slept on. I was in shock after I pulled the pillow case off to put in the laundry when departing the next morning. Rat poison all in the loft closet. Space heater running in basement w/a mattress next to it on floor. Much more but can’t post because of length of post

It was a great place. Only a few minor issues. It was a high of only 38 degrees and we could not raise the temp on thermostat any higher then 68. Got kinda cold at night. Also dishes were put away with food still stuck on them, but nothing we couldnt handle washing ourselves. All in all its a beautiful private place to stay with great views and a great deck.
