Stayed there for 4 nights. Would come again Pros: - good price for marina Brighton - location is great - very clean flat in good condition - spacious living room - good TV Cons: - neighbor is smoking and the smoke is coming into the bathroom - after booking the flat I got an email with fees that were not mentioned in the ad on air bnb, f.e. late check in fee and others. I had to send a message and it was clarified by Gina that there is no late check in fee - dishwasher was not working and I was not being told about it before needing it - no second set of keys - the key box is 8 minutes walk from the flat - no frying pan

We enjoyed our stay, it was quiet and calm with easy access to parking and local amenities. Gina was very helpful and responsive prior to our arrival which made check-in a breeze.

Gina’s airbnb was exactly as described, the harbour location is wonderful for views and walkable to Brighton. The place was also much larger than expected and the beds comfy and area quiet.

Absolutely lovely apartment to stay in, very spacious. Was in pristine condition upon our arrival and in a lovely location along the marina! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for being great hosts 😊

Lovely location, very close to bars and restaurants. Nespresso machine takes the larger lid pods rather than the smaller ones
