(THE LIVING TOOM) Offers a comfortable couch for seating, dining area, a flat-screen TV with Netflix and Amazon TV for your entertainment1 (OFFICE) Offers a reading area, desk, and sliding door to deck space! (COFFEE BAR) Offers a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, 4 bottles of water, complimentary coffee for your first day (4) K-Cups, in addition to plastic forks, spoons and knifes. This area provides space for drinks, left overs and the ability to store and prepare simple foods at home! Keep in mind this is not a full kitchen please view photos. (Does not include stove or sink) (BATHROOM) Shower/tub combo (ACCESS) You will have access to your private apartment, own deck and outdoor shower. We like to put this in multiple areas but there is a separate short term rental apartment on our top level that we only rent to couples. We are an 5-7 minute walk from the beach (2 minute drive), a five minute walk to the sound (1 minute drive), and only minutes away from local shops, sites, and amazing restaurants! (TRANSPORTATION) All the basics: Cab, Car, Uber and Shuttle This apartment is 100% separate & private to you. (IMPORTANT) There is an upper level apartment above you that is also rented as a short term rental. We only rent to two guests max upstairs. Please keep in mind this is 100% separate from your apartment.

Such a great stay! The space was clean, decorated beautifully, and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay!
We had a great stay, the place was spotless. Very central location, which was extremely convenient! Artim was very proactive and made check in and check out go very smoothly.

The place was very clean and smelled nice. The location is nice and close to a lot of things should you choose to walk or drive. The only issue we had (otherwise would have given 5 stars instead of 4) was the bedroom curtains are completely sheer so on the sunny days you cannot sleep in at all, the sun shines directly on you. So we had very little sleep due to how bright the room was, otherwise it was a great stay and the description of the room+ amenities was accurate.
The posted pictures of the unit's cleanliness were impressive and only exceeded by what we found on our arrival. The images didn't exaggerate but couldn't foretell the comfort and convenience we found to everything we wanted for a restful retreat. A++ accommodation!
