We absolutely loved Jane's home! It was a gem of a beach house. It's located in our favorite stretch of beach between Amagansett and Montauk- and it was the loveliest home for us, a family of 5. We had a wonderful week in the sun. This is our happy place, and Jane's home made it even better!

Our stay here was really great. Home was clean and ready when we arrived. Easy access via walk to the beach. Jane was responsive to questions when asked.

No frills value location at a convenient spot close enough to the water and nearby towns. The size is just like the photos suggest, and it has only the basic necessities. Most might want to pack a few more toiletries. The house was a bit hard to find off the Highway and the other reviews are right about the mosquitos and train and traffic noise but if you are coming out to the Hamptons for a vacation, these aren’t really deterrents. The traffic in the area is also better than elsewhere coming from the west. Would recommend and stay again

Place was fantastic. A perfect location, even with the train in the literal backyard. We grew to love it and knew we’d miss the train passings once we left!

Beautiful place to stay, had an absolute wonderful time staying here. Jane was responsive, proactive, and allowed an early check in which is always a plus! Would definitely stay here again!
